If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you’re welcome to return your item(s) for a Store Credit.
Please note that STRYV Collective does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If a discount code was used at checkout, your Store Credit will reflect the final amount paid for each item (after discounts).
All Store Credits issued by STRYV Collective have no expiry date.
To be accepted, all returned items must be in 100% original condition — unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free of any marks such as makeup, deodorant, dirt, or fake tan. All swing tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging bags must be included.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please Note:
• All sale items and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
• Items that fail to meet our Return Conditions will be rejected and returned to you.
We strongly recommend using a trackable postal service, as STRYV Collective is not liable for lost, damaged, or missing return parcels.
