How to Return Your Order
We want you to love your STRYV pieces! If something isn't quite right, here's how to start a return:
Return Policy Summary
- Returns accepted for Store Credit only
- No refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing
- Sale and discounted items are final sale
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Return Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility Ensure your item meets our return conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and un-perfumed
- Free of makeup, deodorant, dirt, or fake tan
- All swing tags and hygiene stickers intact
- Original packaging included
Step 2: Contact Us Email us at info@stryvcollective.com with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Securely package items in original or similar packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Use a trackable postal service (we recommend Australia Post with tracking)
- STRYV Collective is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels
Step 5: Receive Your Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days), we'll issue your Store Credit via email. Store Credits never expire!
Important Notes
- Items that don't meet our return conditions will be rejected and returned to you
- If a discount code was used, your Store Credit will reflect the discounted price paid
