How to Return Your Order

We want you to love your STRYV pieces! If something isn't quite right, here's how to start a return:

Return Policy Summary

  • Returns accepted for Store Credit only
  • No refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Return Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility Ensure your item meets our return conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and un-perfumed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, dirt, or fake tan
  • All swing tags and hygiene stickers intact
  • Original packaging included

Step 2: Contact Us Email us at  info@stryvcollective.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Securely package items in original or similar packaging
  • Include your order number inside the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable postal service (we recommend Australia Post with tracking)
  • STRYV Collective is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels

Step 5: Receive Your Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days), we'll issue your Store Credit via email. Store Credits never expire!

Important Notes

  • Items that don't meet our return conditions will be rejected and returned to you
  • If a discount code was used, your Store Credit will reflect the discounted price paid
