Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to receive full instructions for returning your items to our Perth warehouse.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm AWST, Monday–Friday, on the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on public holidays, or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
Important Notes
• Once your parcel has been lodged with the courier, STRYV Collective is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly, as address errors may cause extended delays. -

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@stryvcollective.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
• 2–3 clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the fault
• Your order numberIf confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will provide a free return shipping label and offer either a refund, store credit, or a replacement (where available).
If the fault cannot be confirmed from photos, you may return the item for a physical inspection. If our team verifies the fault, all associated shipping costs will be covered.
Wear & Tear
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for genuine manufacturing faults.
However, faults developing after six (6) months from the date of purchase are generally considered normal wear and tear and are not classified as faulty.Wear & tear includes, but is not limited to:
• Fabric pilling
• Fading
• Stretching
• Colour changes
• Damage from washing or improper care
• General deterioration from regular useSTRYV Collective reserves the right to assess each claim individually.

Once your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
During high-volume periods (EOFY, sales events, Black Friday), please allow 2–4 business days. -
Store Credit is issued 3–4 business days after your return has been inspected and approved.
You’ll receive an email with your credit code and full details once processed.
